Julie - the Creamery connoisseur
Julie loves nothing better than a new ice cream flavour challenge and has made everything from Tonka bean to a plum wine ice cream.
When she’s not managing the creamery, you may find her out and about, dropping off her creations. When she’s not doing either of those things, you’ll find her walking dogs along the beach!

Lee - The Chief taster
Lee loves everything about tasting the ice cream but isn’t allowed anywhere near the production line! It’s his job to make sure The Cowlick continues to tick over. Lee manages everything from customer enquiries, finance, marketing, legal etc. He’s got a very long to do list!
When he gets the chance to step away from his desk, he’s either running the Devonshire hills or enjoying his motorbike on the open roads.

Mandy - The Creative
Mandy is all about creativity! She has always had an interest in anything culinary and really enjoys trying out new flavours - the more peculiar and obscure the better!
When Mandy is not at the creamery, you’ll find her baking at home or burning off the calories as a fitness instructor!
Favourite flavour: Pistachio or anything with coffee.
